This South Street loft unit with its large wall of south facing glass offered a challenges; installing around a concrete column, suspended HVAC ductwork and a large light fixture.
The motorized shades were left exposed and controlled via PICO handheld remotes to allow access to the operable windows and terrace door.
Once the shades were installed and operating, the difference in heat and glare was instantly apparent, but the difference in the view was not.
